Our Initiatives
Project DigiForce
Driving the Future of Jaya Hind Industries
Jaya Hind Industries has launched Project DigiForce, a digital transformation program aimed at improving customer experience, driving innovation, and increasing productivity across the organization.
Ernst & Young (EY) helped define the digital strategy and roadmap. The first phase focuses on digitalization of the front end value chain operations. Jaya Hind Industries has tied up with Zoho Corporation to roll out a pioneering digital platform to manage its sales and new product development process (the RFQ-KAM platform), along with a suite of 12+ AI-powered front-office digital tools. These tools will strengthen the company’s ability to manage its entire RFQ (Request for Quote) to sales process, new product development as well as managing its relationships with OEMs through the Key Account Management (KAM) platform.
Additionally, the Human Resource Management capabilities of the company are being augmented through the introduction of a new HRMS platform from PeopleStrong.
Jaya Hind Industries is also evaluating multiple enterprise level digitalization initiatives as well as a complete program for factory digitization that will be taken up in the second phase of Project DigiForce.

Alongside the EDP, other programs under Project Lakshya are led by subject matter experts and trainers. These programs are tailored for different levels within the company and focus on professional, behavioral, managerial, and leadership skills relevant to today’s automotive sector.
Project Lakshya also includes a complete upgrade of the company’s human resource systems through the rollout of a new HRMS platform.
sustainability
Engineering a Cleaner Future
At Jaya Hind Industries, sustainability is embedded in the way we design, manufacture, and operate. In a process-intensive industry like die casting, where energy, materials, and water are critical inputs, responsible practices across the value chain are essential to long-term competitiveness.
We are advancing our sustainability journey with a clear focus on renewable energy, resource efficiency, and responsible manufacturing, aligned with our commitment to achieve net zero by 2050. Our vertically integrated manufacturing model allows precise optimisation across every stage of production—reducing waste, lowering emissions, and improving resource utilisation. Key initiatives include 50% green energy usage at our Urse plant in Pune, the transition of melting furnaces to cleaner energy sources, increased molten metal sourcing at Chennai to lower carbon intensity, 90% returnable packaging for local dispatches, and zero liquid discharge systems at the Chennai facility. Water reduction, harvesting, and recharge initiatives further embed conservation into daily operations. For us, sustainability goes beyond compliance—it is a strategic capability that will define competitiveness in the die casting industry and help shape a responsible future.
