Jaya Hind Industries Private Limited has acquired an Automotive Component manufacturing business, LMG Manufacturing GmbH, located in East Germany.
This acquisition is part of Jaya Hind’s aspiration to grow internationally as also to enter into the next phase of automotive technology which is to cater to High Precision Electro Mobility Parts for its European customers.
