Established in 2005, Jaya Hind Industries’ machining division plays a critical role in delivering fully integrated solutions to customers. Today, nearly 60% of components supplied by JHI are delivered in fully machined condition, enabling the company to provide ready-to-assemble solutions through precision machining and assembly capabilities.
Aligned with its core strategy of offering end-to-end solutions, JHI assumes complete responsibility for product quality across the value chain—from tool design and development to die casting, machining, assembly, and delivery of ready-to-assemble components.
JHI has installed 150+ advanced machining centres sourced from globally recognised technology partners such as Makino, Mazak, and BFW. Its machining infrastructure includes dedicated cells for high-volume production as well as flexible general-purpose machines designed to efficiently support lower-volume, high-complexity requirements.
To ensure consistent performance, production and maintenance teams undergo specialised training with equipment manufacturers, enabling higher productivity, process reliability, and operational efficiency.
Further strengthening its machining capabilities, JHI has developed a state-of-the-art machine shop with a temperature-controlled environment to maintain machine and component accuracy. The facility also features air-conditioned enclosures for critical processes such as leak testing and auto-gauging, along with thermal insulation across the machining plant to minimise the impact of seasonal temperature variations.
A dedicated team of experienced process engineers continuously drives improvements in quality, productivity, and efficiency through the in-house development of hydraulic fixtures, high-speed cutting tools, and innovative manufacturing techniques. The team has also developed expertise in advanced leak testing methodologies, including Mass Flow, Air Decay, and Water Dunking, ensuring the highest standards of product validation and reliability.
