About Us
Welcome to Jaya Hind Industries
India’s Most Trusted Aluminum Die Casting Partner
Founded in 1946 by Shri Navalmal Kundanmal Firodia, a freedom fighter and devoted Gandhian, Jaya Hind Industries was built on the belief that India must develop its own industrial strength. Over more than 75 years, the company has grown into one of India’s most respected engineering and aluminum die casting organizations.
From pioneering the autorickshaw and industrializing the Tempo three-wheeler to developing India’s first fully indigenous two-wheeler, the Luna, Jaya Hind Industries has consistently anticipated the needs of a growing nation. The company entered aluminum die casting in 1964, laying the foundation for its future as a global supplier.
Today, Jaya Hind Industries is a fully vertically integrated leader in aluminum die casting, offering in-house design, simulation, tooling, casting, machining, and assembly. With India’s largest tool room, the country’s only 4400-ton HPDC machine, and manufacturing facilities in Akurdi, Urse, Pithampur, and Chennai, it delivers high-precision components for global automotive and electric mobility platforms. Through Jaya Hind International B.V. and its German subsidiary LMG Manufacturing GmbH, the company blends Indian engineering with German precision.

Mr. Prasan Firodia
Managing Director
At Jaya Hind Industries, operational excellence has always been the foundation of our growth, shaping the way we innovate, strengthen our capabilities, and deliver value to customers across global mobility and industrial sectors. Our evolution over the decades as India’s most vertically integrated die-casting organisations has been driven by a deep commitment to engineering depth, quality, and a future-ready mindset.
A key pillar of our strength is our engineering capability. JHI is home to India’s largest and most advanced tool room, enabling us to design and manufacture complex, high-precision dies in-house. This capability gives us unmatched leverage over quality, timelines, and scalability, and allows us to support our customers with world-class tooling solutions for the most demanding applications. The integration of tooling, die casting, machining, and assembly under one roof is a distinctive advantage that positions us as a true end-to-end solutions partner.
With comprehensive capabilities spanning high-pressure die casting, machining, precision tooling, advanced materials, and large structural components, we deliver engineering solutions that support next-generation mobility and global platform requirements. To further strengthen these capabilities, we have undertaken a significant expansion of our manufacturing footprint, deepening our capacity, broadening our process integration, and preparing our operations for the emerging needs of electric and future mobility.
Sustainability is central to how we operate and how we envision the future. As part of our Vision 2050, we are committed to progressing toward net-zero operations through renewable energy adoption, cleaner melting technologies, zero-liquid-discharge systems, circular material utilisation, and sustained water conservation efforts. These initiatives reflect our long-term commitment to environmental stewardship and are strengthened through active engagement with our strategic supplier partners, ensuring that sustainability advances not only within our facilities but across the wider value chain.
As the industry moves toward advanced and electrified mobility, we continue to strengthen our competitiveness through investments in automation, digitalisation, and workforce development. Our wholly owned European subsidiary, LMG Manufacturing GmbH, complements this effort by providing insights into emerging electromobility technologies and supporting capability building for global programs. Together, these initiatives reinforce our commitment to delivering reliable, high-quality engineering solutions and contributing to India’s progress in advanced manufacturing.
